• 6 brushed potatoes (peeled & washed)
  • Milk
  • Knob of butter
  • Salt & pepper
  • Vegeta gourmet stock powder 

  1. Boil potatoes till soft & moves a fork can easily be poked through.
  2. Drain the potatoes, lower the heat and start mashing.
  3. Once done add knob of butter and mix through, followed by the milk a little at a time till it’s to your preferred consistency.
  4. Season with salt & pepper aswell as the vegeta to tAste.
