
Overnight Oats
Simple power food to get your day started.
Ingredients
- ⅓ Cup Rolled Oats
- ⅓ Cup Almond Milk
- ⅓ Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Whole Small Banana – Sliced
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Using a mason jar, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
- Seal the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Top with your favourite fruit & either granola or muesli and enjoy!
