Overnight Oats

Simple power food to get your day started.

  • ⅓ Cup Rolled Oats
  • ⅓ Cup Almond Milk
  • ⅓ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Whole Small Banana (- Sliced)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  1. Using a mason jar, combine all the ingredients and stir well.

  2. Seal the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. Top with your favourite fruit & either granola or muesli and enjoy!
