Simple power food to get your day started.
- ⅓ Cup Rolled Oats
- ⅓ Cup Almond Milk
- ⅓ Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Whole Small Banana (- Sliced)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Using a mason jar, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
Seal the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Top with your favourite fruit & either granola or muesli and enjoy!
