• 4 Desiree potatoes ( skin on)
  • 4 Chat potatoes (skin on)
  • Olive oil
  • Italian herbs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika

  1. Scrub potatoes with a vegetable scrubber.
  2. Cut into wedges and place into a bowl.
  3. Coat with olive oil followed by adding the herbs & cheese.
  4. Once potatoes are coated with the herb & cheese mix- line a baking tray with parchment/baking paper.
  5. Line the wedges with the skin side down and place into the oven till crispy.
  6. Once done serve with your preferred dipping sauce we used ranch & mustard with dill.
