INGREDIENTS;
-frozen peas
-leek (finely sliced)
-Spanish onion ( thick slices)
-asparagus (sliced in chunks)
-olive oil
-butter
– salt & pepper
METHOD;
In a pan heat a drizzle of olive oil, add your onion and leek and sautee till fragrant add your asparagus and stir for a few minutes.
Following by adding your peas mix well add your butter and stir.
Once the butter has melted and mixed well season and allow in the heat for a further few minutes and your done 👌
