After moving our kitchen hutch to my work studio, it’s been feeling rather empty in here and besides I miss having that extra space to store all our extra servingware and crockery...If you tuned into my story all about this display cabinet situation, you would’ve seen where I originally had planned to put it.... after convincing hubby to jump onboard and painfully move this heavy piece up our split level home, we were pretty mixed with how we liked it in that spot near the kitchen- we both agreed if I had painted it the same colour as the kitchen it will be so beautiful and look as though it’s part of the kitchen. However, I’m not ready to paint it just yet! So we shuffled it over to where our kitchen hutch originally was and you know what..?! We absolute love it here, the oak on the dining table really compliments the Oak wood cabinet.
