I have always loved to have an actual fireplace. I do not know what it is about it, but a feeling of warmth and comfort just thinking about it overcomes me every time. However, the closest we were able to have an actual fireplace was purchasing a freestanding fireplace style heater. And I know exactly what you are thinking because I thought the same thing.
