Tuna Salad

A classic go to recipe for a quick, easy and healthy meal.

  • 1 Large Tuna Tin
  • 1 Cup Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Handful Kalamata Olives
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes (- Diced)
  • ½ Whole Spanish Onion (- Sliced)
  • 1 Whole Red Capsicum (- Sliced)
  • 1 Whole Yellow Capsicum (- Sliced)
  • 1 Whole Cucumber (- Chopped)
  • Salt & Pepper (- To Taste)
  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
  • Olive Oil (- Extra Virgin)
  1. Simply add all the prepared ingredients into a bowl along with the tuna. Season to your liking and add your lemon juice before mixing.

  2. Add the olive oil to dress and mix it through generously. Season a little more and add more lemon juice as required.
