- 1 Large Tuna Tin
- 1 Cup Spinach Leaves
- 1 Handful Kalamata Olives
- 1 Cup Tomatoes – Diced
- ½ Whole Spanish Onion – Sliced
- 1 Whole Red Capsicum – Sliced
- 1 Whole Yellow Capsicum – Sliced
- 1 Whole Cucumber – Chopped
- Salt & Pepper – To Taste
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil – Extra Virgin
- Simply add all the prepared ingredients into a bowl along with the tuna. Season to your liking and add your lemon juice before mixing.
- Add the olive oil to dress and mix it through generously. Season a little more and add more lemon juice as required.
