A classic go to recipe for a quick, easy and healthy meal.
- 1 Large Tuna Tin
- 1 Cup Spinach Leaves
- 1 Handful Kalamata Olives
- 1 Cup Tomatoes (- Diced)
- ½ Whole Spanish Onion (- Sliced)
- 1 Whole Red Capsicum (- Sliced)
- 1 Whole Yellow Capsicum (- Sliced)
- 1 Whole Cucumber (- Chopped)
- Salt & Pepper (- To Taste)
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil (- Extra Virgin)
Simply add all the prepared ingredients into a bowl along with the tuna. Season to your liking and add your lemon juice before mixing.
Add the olive oil to dress and mix it through generously. Season a little more and add more lemon juice as required.
